It all started in 2021, with a dream to bring the rich, bold flavors of Ethiopian coffee to Seattle — a little taste of home, one cup at a time. Our vision began as a cozy drive-thru spot tucked in the Pacific Northwest. But life took us across the country to the DMV area, where we noticed something surprising: food trucks were everywhere, but coffee trucks? Almost none.That’s when our new dream took shape. In January 2023, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work — designing, building, and launching a coffee truck that reflected our passion, culture, and commitment to quality. Six months later, we proudly opened our window to the community.Since then, we've grown from one coffee truck to three, serving handcrafted drinks and fresh pastries across D.C. and beyond — all powered by the love and hustle of one tight-knit family.
